Zsuzsa Polgár (Budapest,1969) is a chess writer, one of the strongest chess players in the world during her active career from the 1980s to the early 2000s. From 1996 to 1999 she was Women’s World Chess Champion. She holds 4 individual world titles and 5 Olympic gold medals.
